(More customer reviews)I ordered this hoping that the black/special heavy would actually be heavy. It is about the same resistance as my red spri resistance band, which is the lightest one I own. I was hoping this would be more than the purple spri, but it is no where close.
However, the construction seems to be as good if not better than the spri. The handles are much sturdier and thicker. The connection between the handle and tubing is similar to the spri and seems like it would hold up good.
