(More customer reviews)I ordered this Isolkinetics Hand Exercise Squeeze ball because I thought it would help with tension and stress relief and might also help with occasional stiffness from writing or doing other tasks.I got a green one and it seems to work very well.I suppose there isn't much that could go wrong with one of these things, but the green one which is a medium resistance level seems about right for my purposes.The egg shape is nice and has an interesting look.It would probably be a good product for someone with arthritis or other conditions affecting the flexibility of the hands. It would also be helpful in improving one's grip.
