(More customer reviews)This is not oiled grain leather. The belt is neither grain leather nor oiled, but rather split leather and lacquered. Disappointingly cheaply made. Two stars for the logo on the back. If you expect a piece of equipment a saddler would make using real grain leather with an oiled finish, stay away from this product. May work for your weightlifting effort, but don't expect anything above average in quality. I would rather recommend a padded belt, more comfortable to wear and essentially the same material as you get with this belt, only thicker and without the pretension of allegedly superior quality. Either they sent me the wrong item, or the description is wrong. Cheap stuff... I've seen better.
