(More customer reviews)Don't be fooled by the whimpy looking 5 lb and 10 lb kettlebells! One can make a very intense workout for a beginner with super slow (non-ballistic) movements, even if the typical kettlebell lift is ballistic in nature.
The 15 and 20 lbs are very good once the person develops the form and fundamental knowledge of how to exercise with KBs. Note: KB's are not Russian, although were adopted and used in Russia extensively, where in the west they almost dissapeared with the advent of the adjustable dumbell.
Considering there is no shipping for this set, it is a great deal! Train carefully and smartly!
