(More customer reviews)I bought this cage based on the design, which has multiple hooks to hold the olympic bar inside the cage (for squats and seated barbell shoulder presses)and outside (bench press and standing shoulder presses) as well as the removable dip bars that lock on the side. Based on the design alone it would be 5 stars all the way, but the metal used to make the frame is shockingly thin for a power cage and the manual states that the load rating of the cage is only 500lbs. which I can exceed doing squats(I looked everywhere before buying to try to find the load rating, including the Ironman website but could not find it, so I took a chance and bought it anyway). For a beginer this wouldn't be an issue, but for me it is a problem... Also the cage is either painted on all the black hardware or is a VERY cheap powder coat and is showing chips and scratches already with very little use. I would not recommend this product based on poor quality of materials used to make the frame and the cheap finish on the black harware.
