(More customer reviews)These are great bands, I have another pair that I paid way more for and wish I had not as they are exactly the same as the "big name brand" which I am not going to mention.Simply put they are the best for the best price, I like to get the most for my money and this is where it is at.
I use them for speed drills, lifting weights ie squat, deadlift, bench, and my wife uses them for stretching.
The minis are recomended for stretching and for speed drills, otherwise if you are using them to lift weights you want to go to medium and higher if you are a man, and mini to medium if you are a woman.
They shipp very fast also.
