(More customer reviews)Make no mistake this is the real deal. Anything else u buy is just not worth it once you see and use the CoC Grippers. No gripper out there comes even close to these. If u r serious about your grip get one today. for a normal person who does no exercise and rarely does anything hard with his hands start from the guide or sports model. and dont worry if the model is comparatively easy as it will be used for warm ups later on. for anybody who thinks he has a decent crushing strength or who has been using the regular grippers for some time number one might be better but even then i would recommend the trainer model for warm up.
