As a result, you can work out virtually any muscle group in the comfort of your own home. The bench is ultra sturdy, with a heavy-duty 2.5-inch steel frame and uprights that are built for durability and long life. The deluxe boxed and stitched seat and leg cushions, meanwhile, are made of high-density foam for maximum comfort during strenuous lifts. Best of all, the bench accommodates both Olympic and standard weight bars, giving you plenty of options when building your home gym. Other details include an accessory storage stand that attaches to the rear of the bench, three Olympic weight adapters with spring clips, and adjustable uprights that conform to multiple uses. The Power Bench, which measures 74 by 84 by 50 inches (W x H x D), offers the following maximum tested weights: 275 pounds for the bench, 310 pounds for the uprights, and 150 pounds for the leg lift and lat tower. The bench isn't recommended or guaranteed for use over these limits. The Power Bench also carries a 90-day warranty on labor and a one-year warranty on the frame.
