(More customer reviews)For Captains of Crush grippers that you can close fully, it's pretty easy to get a sense of your progress with it - how many times can you close it before your hand gives out?With grippers you cannot fully close, it's a bit more nebulous - how do you really measure your progress?That's where this product comes in.
The idea is that it is milled to several different thicknesses, from very thick all the way down to a few millimeters, so you can accurately measure how close you are to being able to close the gripper.
I have to say, the price is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars.This has a lot less steel and moving parts than a standard gripper; I think if this were in the $5 to $7 range, it would be a must have for all gripper enthusiasts.As it stands, it's a bit too expensive for what it does.
