(More customer reviews)This rack is great.Has 7 posts for plate storage with PVC posts for easy removal of plates. The rack is very stable, unlike the previous rack I purchased (and returned) from TSA.

My only issue is that the bar holder's internal sleeve is a bit tight so I can't easily place & remove my curl bar but despite that is is worth the money.

(More customer reviews)I am over 50, with a history of lifting free weights.I wanted something I could use in the home primarily for maintenance.I am using it 3 to 4 times a week.

I considered the cheaper product, but purchased this unit instead, after a more thoughtful look.There are a couple of things I liked over the cheaper units.The way the base of the unit contacts the floor, makes it very stable.I do not use a lot of heavy weight, but the unit is very quiet. The seat swivels out of the way, making it easy to move from a pull down movement to a seated row.

Actually, I cannot understand how they can offer and build a unit this well made for the price.I am very pleased so far.Bear in mind I have only used it 5 or 6 weeks.

Melt It Off 2lb Ball Kit Review

(More customer reviews)After trying several other workouts that do work(malibu pilates,mini stepper, Walk away the pounds{several dvds} and Denise Austin's core with stability ball) none have worked as fast or effective as promised. The Melt It Off Program does the exact opposite, everything you see in the infomercial is what you get. So seeing the Mitch Gaylord "Melt It Off" infomercial only ONCE I decided to try one more product and what really sold me was that the workouts burn up to 1000 calories per session and keep burning after you've finished. I've tried Walk Away The Pounds, and yes I am a huge fan of Leslie Sansone, her workouts are for those who are Beginning or those looking for a simple workout without impact yet get results. For me doing those took too long because I'm one of those that expects results quickly. Especially if that's what the case cover says. Anyway, I read several consumer reviews on the Melt it Off program and the only bad thing that came up was the company charging month after month for extras people didn't order. However I purchased directly from their site phone number anyway and heard over 10 "special offers". I was able to decline them so after ordering there wasn't a problem. I didn't pay for express shipping, only priority(2.99) to be sent out from the company. It took one day to process the order, 4 days to ship out and 1 day to receive the kit. In other program infomericals most say you can use their 6 day program to lose fast and up to 10lbs. Then you receive their product and it says not to do the express until you've done the regular program for a couple of weeks. The Melt It Off infomercial claims to have a 3 day kickstart && that is exactly the case. You can start immediately and it comes with a 3 day grocery list. Well I didn't start the eating plan yet but i did do the workouts. I didn't lose up to 5lbs, of course because i wasn't eating sensibly. However doing just the workouts (3days) i did lose about an inch and a 1/2 off my waist and hips so 3" total. Which are my major problem areas. This program comes with the 2lb G-ball 1 dvd that has 4 workouts on it. 10 minute, cardio burn and sculpt, sizzlin abs and high calorie melt. Also it comes with 2 booklets, one for the 3day kickstart and the other for the Melt It Off program that has a few pages for journaling your desire and motivation to start and where you want to be. Since i purchased from the site I received another free dvd "core complete, and 2 others (sizzlian buns and legs, cardio mix and melt) for 9.99 each (regularly $20 each bought separate). If the 2lb G-ball seems to low their site has the option to buy 4lb or 6lb. The workouts are not for those who are drastically out of shape, because although there is no machine or heavy equipment you use your entire body for all the workouts and some of the moves are intense and require coordination using the G-ball. However if you are anxious to lose and ready to do the work and able to do the work I HIGHLY suggest doing this program.
